ImmersionRC EzUHF 4 channel receiver
The ImmersionRC EzUHF 4 channel receiver system has been designed for UAV & First Person View applications when longer distances are being covered or flights are being undertaken in more challenging flight conditions, where there is a clear line of sight, the Immersion RC EzUHF 4 channel receiver systems is lightweight and smaller unit than the Immersion RC EzUHF 8 channel receiver, however it still delivers impressive results with long range abilities, the key difference is that the Immersion RC EzUHF 4 channel receiver does not support the twin diversity antenna configuration. The receiver is no bigger than many standard RX system found from many of the leading brands of 2.4 GHz radios and weighs less than 10 grams.
The Immersion RC EzUHF 4 channel receiver system features a reliable FHSS link which gives both Frequency Hopping and Spread Spectrum technology for the most robust connections while in flight with easy Binding function, the Immersion RC EzOSD On Screen Display system can also be added to the Immersion RC EzUHF 4 channel receiver system to relay the RSSI and any error messages via the Molex connector already installed in the EzUHF 4 receiver.
The Immersion RC EzUHF 4 channel receiver has a USB port to allow for upgrades and firmware flashing for future updates. The receiver software for the Immersion RC EzUHF 4 channel allows the user to set the system up for use including a MikroKopter mode.
There are 4 servo outputs on this receiver, however there are 12 channels when using the PPM capabliity on this EzUHF receiver. The SAW filtered input means that there is no interference from video transmitter system placed on the airframe and with a -112dBm sensitivty you wil be able to enjoy great flights at range without concern.
The built in spectrum analyser is an essential tool which may be used to ensure that a model emits no interfering emissions on the UHF band, which could reduce range. To use this feature you need to plug in a standard USB cable, install the free ImmersionRC Tools, and this creates a charts of power emitted on the UHF spectrum.
When using this system with the Xugong an uplink status is available in the single cable PPM stream for use by the supported OSD system. The XuGong v2/Pro and XuGong Vortex both take advantage of this method to show critical uplink status on-screen.
The received signal strength (RSSI) of the receiver’s antenna, along with the link quality, are captured by the OSD, and displayed with appropriate alarms to indicate marginal conditions.
